Hey Girl!! Thank you for choosing WigsByDess! PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE BOOKING! I am located in Hogansville, GA 30230. My address will be included in your confirmation email. A $10 NON REFUNDABLE booking deposit is required for all services. This deposit is transferable if needed to cancel due to emergency or hair shipping delays. - This deposit needs to be sent to our cash app: $wigsbydess. You have 30 minutes after your booking to send your deposit or your appointment will be canceled! - The remaining balance will be CASH ONLY. Please be sure to have your cash ready, it will need to be EXACT change. If you decide you will use cash app there will be a $10 fee added towards your remaining!! - There is a $35 up charge for ALL SQUEEZE INS and SAME DAY APPOINTMENTS - There is a $50 up charge for all RUSH FEE’s on Wig Services WigsByDess only offers color services for colors we have done in the past to ensure same results. We do not offer colors based on pictures or inspirations of someone else's work. POLICY Your service can not be changed once I start working on your unit, so please make sure you have notified WigsByDess on or before your drop off date of everything you want included When booking please choose the time and day you are able to drop off your bundles/wigs to get serviced. Your 3-4 day turnaround starts the day after your drop off. If however you cancel your appointment, and wig customizations are done there is now a charge of $50 for customizations without install!! Please be sure you book accordingly. Please be mindful to stick to your drop off date, this allows me to ensure I follow my turnaround time for you and the rest of my clients. A delay in drop off conflicts with scheduling, unless you've spoken to me prior. Drop off and pick up times are between 10-5:30 EVERYDAY‼️ Please do not drop off no earlier than 10 or later then 5:30pm If however, you do not like anything at all about your service and inquire a refund. I will only refund 50% of your service price!!! (My time is valuebale and I will get paid for it). Refunds are only granted if notified 24 hours after your pick up or install date! After 24 hours, WigsByDess is not responsible!! !!! Squeeze Ins or Rush Appointments will not be refunded under any circumstances!!! There is now a $15 late fee if you are 15 minutes late! After 20 minutes, your appointment will be canceled unless you have spoken with me prior. Communication is key. Please let me know if something is wrong. Cancellation Policy
